My gyp just had her puppies and they turned 5 weeks today so they are about ready to go. I have two puppies available. I don't have individual pictures of the puppies but once I post I'll try and make it clear which two are available, the other 4 are staying on my place. The momma to these puppies is a double glassed catahoula gyp, and the daddy is a big brindle cur dog from a real old stock of dogs I'm trying to keep perserved. Both these puppies look like they will have double glass eyes as well. $50 should just about cover the expenses to raise these lil devils. I just want them to go to good homes. My name is Ben and give me a call if or post if you have questions and I'll answer them. 1-337-353-7577 Vernon Parish.

Hey Sean, that brindle dog was out of a real old line of cur dogs that came from North LA somewhere. This line came to the house about 45-50 years (way before my time) and they used em mostly for cow hunting and some hog hunting. There use to be alot of this blood around, but since the old cowmen are passing on, so is the line of dogs, so I'm just trying to keep it alive.

The brindle dog was a cow dog, but as a cow dog, he was a good one, and he was never real gritty on him and he always had a great handle one of the best I've seen, but this dogs daddy was real gritty. Hopefully these pups will have a pretty good head on em and should have a good handle. I doubt the pups range far by themselves, but I'm sure if I pair the pups up with a long range dog, they'll get on out there.
